The Story of Spring
My name is Wasan (วสันต์). In my native Thai, it means ‘Spring.’ For me, Spring isn’t just a season. It is nature’s way of signalling a fresh start. It is the time when the world wakes up from the long, cold and quiet wait of winter. Everything that was dormant or “stuck” begins to grow, revive, and find new energy. It’s a reflection of my own journey. Like the season itself, I have learned the power of renewal—the ability to spring back from challenges, embrace growth, and welcome the “blooming” of a new life.

Roots in Resilience
Growing up in regional Thailand, I taught myself English to create better opportunities. That initiative led to an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where I first worked with international documentation and discovered the Australian Work and Holiday visa. To secure the required government endorsement back then, I camped overnight outside the complex to be among the first in line. I understand firsthand the dedication it takes to pursue a better future.
Throughout my journey, key milestones have consistently aligned with Spring—a season of renewal and new beginnings:
Starting my internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which first sparked my path into global mobility
Moving to Australia to begin my own migration journey
Establishing my career in Australia’s financial services sector
Applying for and securing my Australian Permanent Residency
Earning a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice from UTS and pursuing my Juris Doctor (JD)
Founding Spring Migration to guide others through the Australian visa system
Why Partner With Spring Migration?
